    I’m not seeing the ‘Create Customer’ option (as shown in the 3rd video training) when setting up step 2 in the “Create Island Pass & Deliver” zap. Zapier only shows ‘Update Pass’ ‘Create Pass’ & ‘Find Pass’.

    I tried to connect to the ‘Zapier Mobile Wallet App’ but this link isn’t working… This means I can’t complete the zapier setup.

    Make sure you’re using the Messenger Platinum Mobile Wallet Loyalty (1.4.0) app for this step. It’s the first option under this app. If the link to the app isn’t working, it’s probably a zapier issue but I’ll check with David and let you know.
